Logitech International announced robust financial results for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2025, with net sales increasing 6% year-over-year to $1.116 billion. The company reported GAAP net income of $145.5 million and non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.20.
Profitability also saw significant improvement, with non-GAAP gross margin expanding to 44.1% from 42.0% in the prior year. This growth was broad-based, spanning across regions, product categories, and both consumer and business customer segments.
Based on this strong performance, Logitech raised its full-year outlook for Fiscal Year 2025, now expecting sales between $4.39 billion and $4.47 billion, up from the previous range of $4.34 billion to $4.43 billion. Non-GAAP operating income guidance was also increased to $720 million to $750 million, from $700 million to $730 million.
