Logistic Properties of the Americas announced plans to expand its Parque Logístico Callao property in Peru with the construction of Building 200, a new 215,300 square-foot facility. This development will increase LPA's presence in the Peruvian logistics market. The new facility is strategically located in Callao, Peru's main logistics hub, offering connectivity to the Port of Callao and Jorge Chávez International Airport.
The new facility is already 73.1% pre-leased to existing LPA clients, including Peru's largest consumer products company, which committed to lease 96,000 square feet, and the country's largest pharmacy chain, which pre-leased 67,000 square feet. Both pre-leases are denominated in U.S. dollars. This high pre-leasing activity demonstrates strong demand for premium industrial space in the region.
The development is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026. Upon its completion, Parque Logístico Callao will feature four Class A buildings totaling 1,044,432 square feet of Gross Leasable Area. This expansion aligns with LPA's strategy to develop top-tier logistics facilities in high-growth markets.
