Mina brings extensive industry experience, having previously guided product, business strategy, and execution for the Global Apps business at Vonage, which included UCaaS, CCaaS, and Conversational AI. Notably, he previously served as Head of Voice and VP of Product and Engineering at LivePerson, where he led voice initiatives and acquisitions.
