Lightspeed Commerce Inc. announced financial results for the three months and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. For the full fiscal year 2025, total revenue reached $1,076.8 million, an 18% increase year-over-year, marking the first time annual revenue exceeded $1 billion.
For the fourth quarter, total revenue grew 10% year-over-year to $253.4 million, with gross margin improving to 44% and gross profit increasing 12% year-over-year. Monthly ARPU grew 13% year-over-year to approximately $489, while subscription ARPU increased 11%.
Lightspeed provided its outlook for Fiscal 2026, anticipating total revenue growth of 10% to 12% year-over-year and Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $68 million to $72 million. The company also reported repurchasing approximately 18.7 million shares, or about 12% of total shares outstanding, for approximately $219 million in the last 12 months.
