Main Street Capital Corporation announced on May 6, 2025, that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly cash dividends of $0.255 per share for July, August, and September 2025. These dividends total $0.765 per share for the third quarter of 2025.
This represents a 2.0% increase from the regular monthly dividends declared for the second quarter of 2025 and a 4.1% increase from the regular monthly dividends paid in the third quarter of 2024. Main Street has consistently increased its regular monthly dividends since its October 2007 initial public offering.
In addition to the regular dividends, a supplemental cash dividend of $0.30 per share was declared, payable in June 2025. This supplemental dividend will be paid out of Main Street's undistributed taxable income as of March 31, 2025.
