ManpowerGroup announced the appointment of Ger Doyle as Country Manager for ManpowerGroup U.S., effective January 1, 2025. In this role, Doyle will oversee the operations of ManpowerGroup's Experis, Manpower, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells brands across the country.
Doyle will report to Becky Frankiewicz, President, North America Region and Chief Commercial Officer. Kye Mitchell, who joined ManpowerGroup as President of Experis Services in June 2024, will succeed Doyle as Head of Experis U.S.
Becky Frankiewicz highlighted Doyle's successful leadership of Experis U.S. through significant transformation, including the ettain group acquisition. His strategic mindset and passion for developing people and creating client value were cited as key qualifications for this expanded leadership role.
