The survey, which gathered data from over 12,000 workers between April 15 and May 10, 2024, revealed that 80% of workers find meaning in their roles, yet one in three are considering leaving their current positions. This highlights a complex landscape of employee expectations.
Becky Frankiewicz, ManpowerGroup Chief Commercial Officer, noted that employees are seeking more than just a paycheck, including mental health support, work-life balance, career development, and skills training. The new indices provide employers with tools to understand employee sentiment and develop more effective talent management strategies.
