Spectral AI, Inc. announced on May 30, 2025, the appointment of Stanley Micek as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Micek was promoted from his role as Interim COO, which he had held since May 2024.
Dr. J. Michael DiMaio, Chairman of the Board, stated that Micek demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational insight during his interim tenure. Micek has overseen the data science, software, hardware, imaging, and systems teams directly involved in the FDA submission process.
Micek brings over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and acute wound expertise, including previous roles at MiMedx and The Ohio State University. His appointment strengthens the executive team as Spectral AI progresses towards commercialization of its DeepView System.
