Meta Appoints Dina Powell McCormick and Patrick Collison to Board of Directors

Meta Platforms announced the election of Patrick Collison, Co-Founder and CEO of Stripe, and Dina Powell McCormick, Vice Chair, President & Head of Global Client Services at BDT & MSD Partners, to its board of directors, effective April 15. These appointments increase the size of Meta's governing body to 15 members. Mark Zuckerberg, Founder and CEO of Meta, stated that Collison and Powell McCormick bring extensive experience in supporting businesses and entrepreneurs.
