MISTRAS Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Natalia Shuman as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2025. Ms. Shuman brings over two decades of leadership experience from prominent global organizations within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
Ms. Shuman's prior roles include Group Executive Vice President at Eurofins Scientific and North American CEO for Bureau Veritas, where she was responsible for driving growth strategies, operational excellence, and strategic value creation. Her experience includes scaling billion-dollar enterprises through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
Manuel (Manny) N. Stamatakis, who served as Interim CEO since October 2023, will continue in his role as Executive Chairman of the Board. The Board expressed confidence that Ms. Shuman's leadership and fresh perspective are ideal to guide MISTRAS toward achieving its strategic goals and unlocking its full potential.
