Mueller Streamline Co., a subsidiary of Mueller Industries, announced an investment of over $7 million to expand its manufacturing facility in Wynne, Arkansas. This significant capital expenditure is aimed at enhancing the company's distribution and packaging operations. The expansion plans began in the first quarter of 2025.
The expansion project is projected to create 60 new jobs over the next two years, with an initial 40 positions expected to be filled within the first year. This will increase the number of employees at the Wynne campus to approximately 170. CEO Gregory L. Christopher highlighted the company's commitment to the local economy and its workforce.
This investment reflects Mueller Industries' strategy to optimize operational efficiency and support its core Piping Systems segment. The expansion builds on previous investments in Arkansas, including a new distribution center and acquisitions in Springdale and Fayetteville.
