MillerKnoll announced key leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its executive team for future growth and operational excellence. John Hoke has been appointed Board Chair, effective October 13, 2025, succeeding Mike Volkema, who will retire after 25 years of service on the Board. John Hoke has served on the MillerKnoll Board since 2005 and brings extensive design thinking and brand management expertise from his more than 30 years at Nike Inc., where he most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer. His leadership is expected to be crucial as MillerKnoll continues to expand its retail and contract channels. Additionally, Jeff Stutz has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective September 8, 2025, and will continue to report directly to President and CEO Andi Owen. Stutz, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2015, will now oversee MillerKnoll's International Contract Business, global manufacturing and distribution operations, and its Europe-based brands. Kevin Veltman, Senior Vice President of Finance, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer while a search is underway for a permanent replacement.
