MIND C.T.I. Ltd. announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025, reporting revenues of $5.0 million. This represents a 13% decrease compared to the first quarter of 2024. Net income for the quarter was $0.5 million, with earnings per share (EPS) at $0.024, a notable decline from $0.066 in Q1 2024.

The revenue decrease was attributed to a temporary positive impact from large customer campaigns in the messaging segment during Q1 2024, which did not recur, and a decline in the customer care and billing segment. The operating income decline was primarily due to an allowance for credit loss for a specific customer and costs associated with the Aurenz acquisition, which was completed this quarter.

CEO Ariel Glassner stated that the company expects a significant negative impact on its 2025 revenues, net income, and dividend distribution. This outlook is based on ongoing challenges in the customer care and billing software market and continued investments in growth initiatives that are not projected to yield results within the current year.
