Modine announced on October 24, 2024, the official opening of its 14.6-acre Bradford, UK, site, with production of Airedale by Modine™ precision cooling products for data centers launching two months ahead of schedule. This facility is dedicated to meeting the strong demand from global data center customers.
The Bradford site will manufacture and test computer room air handlers and fan walls, with future plans for a state-of-the-art fan wall test center for R&D and factory acceptance tests. This expansion enhances Modine's ability to supply cooling equipment from a global manufacturing footprint that includes facilities in Canada, Spain, the UK, and the U.S.
As part of this strategic expansion, Art Laszlo was appointed Group Vice President, Data Centers, to lead Modine's global data centers business and drive growth strategies. This move positions Modine to capitalize on the unprecedented demand for energy-efficient data center cooling products.
