Modine announced on October 16, 2024, the addition of two new low-intensity tube heaters, the MRS and MRL, to its infrared heating product line. These gas-fired units are designed for outdoor entertainment venues, home patios, and restaurant patios.
The MRS model has an overall physical length of 9 feet and is capable of heating spaces up to 180 square feet, with high and low fire rates of 50,000 btu/hr and 35,000 btu/hr, respectively. The larger MRL model measures 16 feet 4 inches in length and can heat up to 312 square feet, offering additional fire rate options.
Both the MRS and MRL are available in natural gas or propane configurations and feature durable aluminum housing with stainless steel flexible gas connectors for longevity. This expansion reflects Modine's response to strong market demand for diversified heating solutions.
