Beaver Creek Resort announced on November 4, 2024, the launch of its new culinary event series, 'The Alpine Table: A Cabin Chef Series,' for the upcoming 2024-25 winter season. This expanded series will feature three weekends of dining experiences, offering a collaborative multi-course tasting menu.
The events will pair the resort's fine dining cabins with top guest chefs from Michelin-recognized Colorado restaurants, creating unique elevated cuisine in an intimate mountain atmosphere. Reservations for these limited-ticket events will open to the public in early December.
This new series adds to Beaver Creek's top-tier culinary scene, which already includes three restaurants recognized by the MICHELIN Guide Colorado. It is designed to pamper guests' palates and enhance the overall luxury experience at the resort.
