The specialty Mac & Cheese menu features bold flavors such as Truffle Mac, Buffalo Chicken Mac, and BBQ Pork Mac, developed in collaboration with The Culinary Edge. These dishes are designed to provide fresh, elevated options to guests. Scott Davis, Chief Concept Officer, stated that this launch underscores the company's dedication to delivering bold flavors and reimagined classics.

In addition to the new Mac & Cheese dishes, Noodles & Company is also testing other new menu items in these markets, including Chicken Riggie, a Green Goddess Salad, and Cajun Alfredo. The company continues to offer its 'Goodness Guarantee,' allowing guests to exchange an entree if they are not satisfied, encouraging trial of the new menu.
