Richard Holden has been promoted to President, Property and Facilities Management, and Jason Martindale to Global Facilities Management Leader.
This new structure aims to optimize operations, drive sustainability, and deliver consistent, high-quality solutions that support clients' business goals on a global scale. Newmark expects to further expand its global Management Services footprint, driving toward a goal of generating over $2 billion of revenues from recurring businesses within five years.
Management Services revenues increased approximately 78% over the past four years, while square feet managed improved by 74% between fiscal years 2020 and 2024. This strategic alignment is expected to provide clients with better visibility, control, and access to Newmark's full range of expertise, ensuring a unified approach to operations and value creation.
