Newmark Group announced on October 29, 2024, that it secured a new 79,532-square-foot industrial lease for Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. at 4160-4190 Madison Street in Hillside, Illinois. The family-owned automotive manufacturer will occupy the entire facility.
Newmark Senior Managing Director Corey B. Chase facilitated the transaction, leveraging a longstanding relationship and understanding of the tenant's operations. Dynamic Manufacturing sought additional warehouse space and parking to support its continuous business growth.
The facility, part of a seven-building industrial portfolio, features 19.5-foot clear heights, LED lighting, and ample car parking, capable of accommodating heavy power manufacturing. This lease enables Dynamic Manufacturing to expand its operations in the suburban Chicago market.
