Nano‑X Imaging Ltd. announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Adriamed d.o.o., a Belgrade‑based medical‑device distributor, to bring the company’s Nanox.ARC digital tomosynthesis system to Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Under the deal, Adriamed will manage all marketing, distribution, installation and support for the Nanox.ARC in the three countries, making it Nano‑X’s sole partner for the product in the Western Balkans. The partnership follows similar agreements in Greece, Romania, the Czech Republic and France, and is intended to accelerate the company’s commercial deployment of its cold‑cathode imaging technology in underserved European markets.

Nano‑X’s Q3 2025 revenue of $3.4 million and a net loss of $13.7 million highlight the importance of new revenue streams. The Western‑Balkans deal adds a fresh channel that could help offset the company’s ongoing losses and support its path to profitability, especially as the Nanox.ARC system offers a lower‑cost, lower‑power alternative to conventional radiography equipment.

The three countries represent a significant opportunity: the region has limited access to advanced diagnostic imaging, and the Nanox.ARC’s compact footprint and reduced power requirements make it well‑suited to hospitals and clinics with constrained infrastructure. Local competitors typically rely on larger, more expensive systems, giving Nano‑X a competitive edge in price and deployment speed.

CEO Erez Meltzer said, “We are building momentum in Europe through this strategic collaboration with Adriamed, whose expertise and regional reach will support our commercial expansion in the Western Balkans. Our strategy centers on expanding access to cost‑effective imaging solutions through established regional partners.” The comment underscores the company’s focus on leveraging local partners to accelerate adoption and validate its technology in new markets.

The agreement strengthens Nano‑X’s distribution network, positions it to capture demand for affordable imaging solutions, and signals a broader strategy to scale the Nanox.ARC system globally. By securing a foothold in the Western Balkans, Nano‑X is taking a concrete step toward turning its technology into a sustainable revenue source while demonstrating the viability of its cold‑cathode platform in diverse market conditions.
