FiscalNote has integrated VoterVoice advocacy data into its PolicyNote platform, creating a unified view of policy influence that spans both grasstops and grassroots efforts.

The integration brings data from VoterVoice, a platform used by more than 2,000 organizations, allowing users to see stakeholder engagement and community mobilization side by side, thereby enhancing the platform’s ability to track influence and measure impact.

This move is part of FiscalNote’s broader strategy to consolidate its offerings onto PolicyNote, which launched in January 2025 and has already seen daily active users surpass the legacy platform. The integration deepens the platform’s AI‑powered insights, including tariff tracking and bill comparison.

FiscalNote’s Q2 2025 revenue was $23.3 million, down year‑over‑year due to divestitures but still exceeding expectations, while Adjusted EBITDA reached $2.8 million, double the previous year’s margin. The company has been streamlining operations and focusing on profitability, and the VoterVoice integration is expected to drive new revenue streams and improve customer retention.

FiscalNote acquired VoterVoice in August 2017, and the current announcement marks a deepening of that integration, positioning the company to offer a single source of truth for policy influence in a market increasingly driven by AI.
