NRC Health announced a partnership with Mosaic Life Care on December 2, 2025, extending its Human Understanding platform into the Midwest region of northwest Missouri, northeast Kansas, southeast Nebraska, and southwest Iowa.
Mosaic Life Care serves 41 counties in those states, providing care to roughly 270,000 people and employing more than 5,000 staff. The partnership will deploy NRC’s real‑time patient and employee experience tools across Mosaic’s hospitals, clinics and medical centers, giving Mosaic instant insights into care quality and staff engagement.
The deal fits NRC’s strategy to double its total addressable market by adding employee, consumer and market‑insight capabilities. NRC’s Q3 2025 revenue reached $34.6 million, with GAAP net income of $4.1 million and adjusted net income of $5.0 million, underscoring the company’s healthy growth and profitability.
