NETGEAR introduced the DRIVE Partner Success Program, a global tiered framework for integrators, managed service providers, and value‑added resellers that serve small and medium enterprises, as part of its enterprise‑focused transformation.

The program has three tiers—IGNITE, APEX, and APEX MSP—each offering rewards, enhanced enablement, streamlined support, co‑investment opportunities, comprehensive training, certification, marketing materials, and a dedicated partner portal. The tiers are based on partner capability and service maturity rather than revenue thresholds.

The launch follows NETGEAR’s recent financial results, where the company reported a 12% year‑over‑year increase in recurring revenue to $1.2 billion, driven by growth in its NETGEAR Armor and ProSupport services. The SMB segment accounted for 45% of total revenue, up 8% YoY, while the enterprise portfolio grew 6% YoY.

President and GM Pramod Badjate said the program is designed to reward partners for service excellence and long‑term co‑investment, aiming to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue growth. He noted that the shift to an enterprise‑focused strategy is driven by rising demand for AI‑driven networking solutions and the need to capture a larger share of the SMB market.

Existing partners will transition to the new DRIVE program by January 1, 2026, with the ability to transact under current terms during the transition period. NETGEAR also announced a strategic acquisition of VAAG Systems to enhance its software development capabilities and support the program’s focus on AI‑driven networking.
