Co-Founder and Chairman, Serguei Melnik, will assume the responsibilities of interim CEO over the course of the campaign and election period. Mr. Melnik, an experienced corporate strategy executive, is tasked with guiding the company through the final 2025 framework towards the target NDA filing in 2026.
