NV5 Global, Inc. announced on January 13, 2025, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Group Delta. Group Delta is a provider of infrastructure engineering, testing, and environmental PFAS services.
Headquartered in Irvine, California, Group Delta specializes in large-scale water, electrical utility, and transportation infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. The acquisition includes Group Delta's 100 employees operating out of five offices.
This strategic acquisition is expected to strengthen NV5’s capabilities in a high-growth region and expand its service offerings in critical infrastructure and environmental sectors. The addition of Group Delta enhances NV5's platform in Southern California.
