Nova Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI) announced today that its ELIPSON® materials metrology solution has been selected as the Tool of Record by a leading global foundry for advanced Gate‑All‑Around (GAA) manufacturing processes. The announcement, dated Oct. 6, 2025, confirms the selection and the company’s new partnership with the foundry.
The company reported that it has received orders and delivered several ELIPSON® tools to the customer for use in high‑volume production processes. This win follows the recent adoption of Nova’s Metrion® platform by another GAA customer, further expanding Nova’s footprint in advanced logic node production.
By securing Tool of Record status for ELIPSON, Nova strengthens its position in the rapidly growing GAA market, adds a new revenue stream, and demonstrates the effectiveness of its Raman‑spectroscopy‑based material characterization technology in the most demanding semiconductor nodes.
