Payments are securely completed directly at the physical payment kiosk, while detailed charging information is accessed effortlessly on drivers’ smartphones by scanning a QR code. This process requires no app downloads or personal details, enhancing convenience and data privacy for EV drivers.
Drivers can remotely track key charging details such as energy usage, charging speed, session duration, total cost, and kWh charged, and receive instant digital e-receipts upon completion. Customizable e-receipts also offer merchants opportunities for promotions and brand visibility, fostering customer loyalty.
