Organigram Global Inc. announced record results for its second quarter ended March 31, 2025, with gross revenue increasing 79% year-over-year to $102.8 million. Net revenue also saw a substantial rise of 74% year-over-year, reaching $65.6 million, surpassing consensus estimates.
The company reported an adjusted gross margin of $21.9 million, or 33% of net revenue, an increase from 31% a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA reached $4.9 million, a significant improvement from a loss of $1 million in the prior year, driven by higher recreational sales, Motif contributions, and international revenue.
Organigram achieved a net income of $42.5 million for the quarter, a notable turnaround from a net loss of $27.1 million in the same period last year. The company also increased its expected annual synergy realization from the Motif acquisition to $15 million, up from a prior estimate of $10 million.
