The initiative aims to develop external control arms (ECAs), which have the potential to be a faster and more cost-effective alternative to traditional clinical trials. This approach offers a smarter way to generate clinical evidence, potentially accelerating treatment access.
The multi-phase project intends to showcase how OneMedNet’s oncology dataset can replicate traditional clinical trial results without the same time, cost, and complexity. The initial focus will be on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), a prevalent cancer type.
