Scott Maguire, who currently serves as Chief Innovation Officer, will assume the expanded role of Chief Innovation and Operations Officer. This new position will be effective starting January 1, 2026, consolidating key strategic functions.
Mr. Maguire joined On Holding AG in 2025 and brings extensive experience, having previously served as CEO of Specialized Bicycle Components and Group COO at Dyson. His leadership is expected to drive further integration between innovation and operational execution.
