On Holding AG released its 2024 Impact Progress Report, detailing significant strides in sustainability and ethical manufacturing. The report highlights that LightSpray™ technology saved up to 75% CO2 compared to conventional upper production methods.

The company increased its use of recycled/renewable polyester to 84% in 2024, up from 80% in 2023, and achieved a 100% coal phase-out by its Tier 1 suppliers. These efforts underscore On's commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.

On Holding AG also published its Human Rights and Labor Rights Due Diligence Policy for its Tier 1 and Strategic Tier 2 Supply Chain Partners. This policy explicitly prohibits modern slavery, forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking, with zero tolerance for such practices.

The company acknowledged the heightened vulnerabilities of women in the footwear and apparel industry and committed to identifying and eliminating disparate impacts. While absolute GHG emissions (Scope 1-2) increased by 13% due to business growth, emissions per product declined, indicating efficiency gains.
