Oracle announced that PPHE Hotel Group will implement Oracle OPERA Cloud as its global property‑management system across 18 properties with 5,200 rooms in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Italy, replacing on‑premises hardware.

PPHE, whose hospitality real‑estate portfolio is valued at £2.2 billion as of December 2024, will use OPERA Cloud to standardize operations, improve guest experience, and reduce IT overhead. The platform offers mobile‑enabled dashboards and open‑API integration for housekeeping, reservations, loyalty, and front‑desk functions.

Oracle’s cloud revenue grew 24% in Q2 FY2025 to $3.4 billion, contributing to total revenue of $14.1 billion, a 9% increase from the prior year. The partnership aligns with Oracle’s strategy to expand its cloud services into industry‑specific solutions and to capture recurring revenue in the hospitality sector.

Oracle expects the rollout to be completed within 6 to 12 months, with execution milestones announced for the next year. The deal positions Oracle as a key player in the competitive hospitality technology market, where secure, scalable, and compliant solutions are in high demand.
