Ledford brings more than 35 years of senior leadership experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Prior to that, he held senior roles at AECOM—including Chief Operating Officer of Europe, Middle East and Asia and Chief Operating Officer of design and consulting in the Americas—where he managed multi‑billion‑dollar P&Ls and led large‑scale project delivery.
His appointment is expected to strengthen Orion’s strategic execution, particularly in its Marine and Concrete segments, by leveraging his expertise in large‑scale project delivery, financial discipline, and M&A. The addition of a seasoned executive with a proven track record of organic and inorganic growth aligns with Orion’s ongoing transformation and positions the company to accelerate its pipeline and capitalize on emerging infrastructure opportunities.
