OSI Systems, Inc. announced on January 6, 2025, that its Security division received an order valued at approximately $27 million. The order is to provide a range of checkpoint and hold baggage screening solutions to an international customer.
The systems to be delivered include the RTT® 110 (Real Time Tomography) explosive detection system for screening hold baggage. Additionally, the Orion® 920CT (Computed Tomography) checkpoint screening system, integrated with a tray return system, will be supplied.
This contract reinforces OSI Systems' position as a provider of comprehensive aviation security solutions. The deployment of these advanced systems is expected to enhance security operations at the international airport.
