OSI Systems Upsizes and Extends Senior Secured Credit Facility to $825 Million

OSI Systems, Inc. announced on July 2, 2025, the successful expansion and extension of its senior secured credit facility. The total borrowing capacity has been increased from $750 million to $825 million.

The amended facility is comprised of a $725 million revolving credit facility and a $100 million term loan. The maturity date for the credit facility has been extended from December 2026 to July 2030.

Alan Edrick, CFO of OSI Systems, stated that the amendment increases the flexibility of certain provisions. This strategic move provides the company with greater financial and operational flexibility to support its growth initiatives.
