PENN Entertainment announced on January 5, 2026 that it is restructuring its corporate organization to better align its digital and retail businesses. The company will eliminate the roles of Executive Vice President, Operations and Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and will consolidate technology leadership under a new Chief Technology Officer who will also oversee enterprise IT functions.

PENN Entertainment announced a partnership with Jackpot Digital to install the company’s dealerless Jackpot Blitz electronic poker tables at its Boomtown Casino Biloxi and Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast properties in Mississippi. The first deployment of Jackpot Digital’s technology at a PENN site will begin in the first quarter of 2026, expanding PENN’s digital gaming portfolio beyond traditional slot and table games.
