Perion Reports Second Quarter 2025 Results

Perion Network Ltd. reported its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, on August 11, 2025. The company announced total revenue of $103 million for the quarter.

The Advertising Solutions business returned to year-over-year growth for the first time since Q3 2023, increasing by 8.3% and accounting for 78% of total revenue. This growth was primarily driven by Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) revenue, which rose 35% year-over-year, and Retail Media revenue, which increased 27% year-over-year to $22.3 million.

Despite a 5% year-over-year decline in Connected TV (CTV) revenue, Web revenue surprisingly increased by 5% year-over-year, representing 52% of total revenue. Search revenue remained stable at $22.4 million, accounting for 22% of total revenue.

The company reported a GAAP net loss of $3.5 million, or $0.08 per share, with adjusted earnings per share at $0.26. Adjusted EBITDA for Q2 2025 was $7.1 million, resulting in a 7% adjusted EBITDA margin, and Perion generated $21.3 million in operating cash flow.

Perion reiterated its full-year 2025 guidance, expecting revenue in the range of $430 million to $450 million and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $44 million to $46 million. The return to growth in Advertising Solutions and strong cash flow generation are key highlights.
