Polaris Inc. (NYSE: PII) announced on October 15, 2025 that it will launch a second wave of 2026 vehicle enhancements and limited‑edition models. The announcement, released at 12:02 ET, details new off‑road and utility vehicles that will begin shipping to dealers in October and November 2025.
The company unveiled a redesigned RZR XP and an all‑new 72‑inch wide RZR XP S, the strongest trail‑proven machine to date. The RZR XP S features a 4,500‑pound winch, 32‑inch Pro Armor Trekker tires, 20.5 inches of usable suspension travel, and a 10.4‑inch vertical touchscreen powered by RIDE COMMAND. The RZR XP itself offers a 114‑horsepower ProStar 1000 engine, 20 inches of usable travel, and 29‑inch tires.
Polaris also introduced the RZR Pro R with the industry’s largest 10.4‑inch display, a 225‑horsepower ProStar Fury 2.0 engine, and a 10‑inch touchscreen that delivers 52 square inches of usable screen space. In addition, a limited‑edition RZR Pro S Calavera was announced, featuring a 181‑horsepower turbocharged engine, 28‑inch travel, and 74‑inch width for high‑performance desert and twisty terrain. The RZR Pro S Calavera will be available in a 200‑unit run.
The RANGER XD 1500 NorthStar lineup expands with Texas and Mountaineer editions. The Texas edition adds bold styling and enhanced capabilities, while the Mountaineer edition offers 20% more low‑end torque for uphill climbs and high‑elevation performance. The RANGER XD 1500 NorthStar models will begin shipping to dealers in November 2025.
