Polaris Inc. announced on November 22, 2024, the planned retirement of Steve Eastman, President of Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PG&A) and Aftermarket, effective December 31, 2024. Eastman has been credited with fundamentally transforming Polaris's approach to PG&A and Aftermarket during his 13-year tenure.
Under Eastman's leadership, the PG&A business grew from $400 million in 2012 to approximately $1.7 billion, establishing a global, multi-channel business. His contributions included implementing a category management approach, advancing analytical capabilities, and building a global aftermarket portfolio.
As part of its leadership succession plan, Polaris named Andy Williams as the new President of PG&A and Aftermarket, effective January 1, 2025. Williams, who joined Polaris in 2013, previously served as vice president of PG&A Operations, ensuring a smooth transition for this key business segment.
