Winings brings nearly two decades of legal expertise to this critical position, having previously spent over 10 years with Cummins Inc. in various senior legal roles. His appointment is expected to provide strategic and business-focused counsel, leveraging his deep legal acumen and understanding of the industry's complex matters.
