Piper Sandler Companies announced the addition of Mary Stone as a managing director and co-head of the structured finance group, alongside Chris Howley. Stone will be based in the New York office, bringing significant expertise to the team.
Stone joins the firm from StoneX Group Inc., where she was a managing director and head of structured credit banking. Prior to that, she led residential mortgage securitization and advisory at Bank of America.
Her deep expertise in multiple securitization markets, whole loan trading, and deal structuring is expected to immediately benefit Piper Sandler's clients and strengthen the firm's structured finance capabilities.
