Primech AI Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Primech Holdings Ltd., will exhibit its HYTRON autonomous cleaning robot at the Building Maintenance & Clean Expo 2025 in Tokyo, Japan, from November 19‑21. The event marks the first public demonstration of HYTRON at a major international trade show, following pilot deployments in Japan and Hong Kong that have already generated strong interest from facilities‑management firms.

The company has set a clear production schedule, announcing that HYTRON will enter mass production in the first quarter of 2026. This transition from pilot to full commercial rollout is part of Primech’s broader strategy to accelerate sales across Asia and Europe, and the company plans to showcase the robot again at CES 2026 to broaden its global footprint.

Primech Holdings has been unprofitable in recent years, but FY2024 revenue grew compared to FY2023, driven by new customers in the facilities‑services segment. Gross profit margin improved for the six months ended September 30, 2024, relative to the same period in 2023, and the company completed a share consolidation and approved a share‑buyback mandate in June 2025, signaling confidence in its long‑term value creation.

The autonomous cleaning‑robot market is expanding rapidly, with estimates of a multi‑billion‑dollar addressable market in the next decade. HYTRON’s advanced AI navigation and energy‑efficient design give it a competitive edge over rivals such as Boston Dynamics’ Spot and iRobot’s commercial offerings. The robot’s debut at CMS Berlin 2025 generated over 250 qualified client inquiries, underscoring strong demand for AI‑powered cleaning solutions in high‑standard facilities.

Ken Ho, Chairman & CEO of Primech Holdings, said the Tokyo showcase “offers an ideal stage to demonstrate how our AI‑driven technology can redefine sustainable, hygienic service for the built environment.” Primech is also expanding its manufacturing footprint through a partnership in China and has secured a lease agreement for HYTRON robots in Singapore’s army camps, positioning the company to scale production and distribution efficiently.
