AMMO, Inc. to Sell Ammunition Manufacturing Assets to Olin Winchester for $75 Million

AMMO, Inc. announced on January 21, 2025, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its ammunition manufacturing assets to Olin Winchester, LLC, a subsidiary of Olin Corporation. The total cash consideration for this transaction is $75 million, subject to customary adjustments.

This transaction, which was unanimously approved by AMMO’s Board of Directors, is the culmination of a comprehensive strategic review process. The sale includes AMMO’s 185,000 square foot production facility and ballistic range located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Upon completion of this transaction, AMMO expects to focus on growing and prioritizing its profitable, high-margin GunBroker.com marketplace. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to be completed in the second calendar quarter of 2025.
