Parsons Corporation announced on November 1, 2024, that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of BCC Engineering, LLC (BCC). This all-cash transaction was valued at $230 million. BCC is a leading transportation engineering firm based in Florida, specializing in planning, design, and management services for transportation, civil, and structural engineering projects.
The acquisition strengthens Parsons’ position as an infrastructure leader and expands the company’s reach in the Southeastern United States. This region is a key growth market, benefiting from approximately $100 billion in Federal Highway Administration formula dollars from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act for fiscal years 2022-2026. The transaction aligns with Parsons’ strategy of acquiring high-growth companies.
BCC will be integrated into Parsons’ North America Infrastructure business unit. This strategic move is expected to contribute to Parsons’ revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margins, as BCC was projected to generate approximately $110 million of gross revenue in 2025.
