Pearson announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire eDynamic Learning, a leading Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum solutions provider. This acquisition is aligned with Pearson's strategy to scale its position in the fast-growing Early Careers space.
eDynamic Learning offers a comprehensive catalog of 325 digital courses across more than 40 career pathways, serving over 885,000 K-12 students, 9,000 K-12 schools, and higher education institutions. The acquisition will broaden Pearson's capabilities in career-readiness solutions.
Omar Abbosh, CEO of Pearson, stated that the acquisition will uniquely support early career learners as they enter the workforce in the era of AI. The completion of the acquisition is expected in H2 2025, subject to regular closing conditions.
