PayPal announced a strategic partnership with Logicbroker on December 8 2025 that will allow more than a thousand Logicbroker merchants to activate PayPal’s agentic commerce services, including store sync and upcoming agentic payment capabilities.

The collaboration enables merchants’ product catalogs to become instantly discoverable across leading AI‑shopping channels with minimal technical effort, giving them a ready‑to‑sell presence in the emerging agentic commerce ecosystem.

PayPal’s move reflects its broader strategy to transition from a checkout provider to a full‑spectrum commerce platform. The agentic commerce market is projected to reach $3‑$5 trillion by 2030, growing at a 30% CAGR, and the partnership positions PayPal to capture a larger share of that growth.

Logicbroker’s Intelligent Commerce Network automates drop‑shipping, marketplace, and supply‑chain visibility, while PayPal brings its trusted payment infrastructure and global reach. “Agentic commerce is reshaping the future of online shopping,” said Michelle Gill, GM of Small Business and Financial Services at PayPal. “By partnering with Logicbroker, we’re making it easier for merchants of all sizes to benefit from the commerce opportunity AI brings.” Omar Qari, CEO of Logicbroker, added, “Pairing our orchestration capabilities with PayPal’s payment layer gives merchants a seamless way to turn AI‑driven product discovery into a fully transactable storefront.”

The partnership also gives PayPal a competitive edge against other players developing agentic commerce solutions, such as Visa, Mastercard, Amazon, and Alibaba. By integrating with Logicbroker’s network, PayPal can offer a differentiated, end‑to‑end experience that combines AI‑driven discovery with a trusted payment layer.

While specific financial projections for the partnership are not yet disclosed, the deal is expected to broaden PayPal’s merchant base, increase transaction volume, and accelerate growth in the agentic commerce segment. PayPal’s Q3 2025 earnings beat expectations, underscoring the company’s strong execution and its ability to capitalize on new growth opportunities.
