Environics Analytics announced that Bell Media, Canada’s largest media company, has adopted LiveRamp’s Authenticated Traffic Solution (ATS). This implementation marks a significant step in bringing identity and addressability to the Canadian media ecosystem, particularly on Connected TV (CTV). Bell Media will initially implement ATS on its Connected TV offerings, including CTV, CTV2, Noovo, and a selection of English and French specialty channels. This enhances programmatic TV buying with privacy-first signals, enabling advertisers to target audiences with greater precision. The adoption by Bell Media expands the authenticated inventory in the Canadian marketplace, ensuring that agencies and brands can scale custom addressable audiences in a privacy-centric manner. ATS also allows for integration with interoperable identity solutions such as The Trade Desk’s Unified ID 2.0, Yahoo’s ConnectID, and Google’s Publisher Advertiser Identity Reconciliation (PAIR).
