RB Global, Inc. announced on August 12, 2025, significant leadership changes and senior management appointments, effective September 1, 2025. These changes are designed to position the company for accelerated and consistent growth.
Carmen Thiede, Chief Transformation Officer, and Jeff Jeter, Chief Revenue Officer, will transition into retirement. Steve Lewis, Chief Operations Officer, will assume expanded responsibilities, overseeing IAA’s operations and the technology team to ensure platform enhancements align with operational priorities.
Eric Guerin, Chief Financial Officer, will also take on an expanded role, leading global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development efforts. Christopher Carlson will become Chief Accounting Officer, and Darren Watt, Chief Legal Officer, will report to Guerin, strengthening financial oversight and legal compliance. Jen Schmit will step into the role of Chief People Officer.
