The Eastern Ontario Regional Network (EORN) and Rogers Communications jointly announced a significant expansion of Rogers’ 5G mobile services across Eastern Ontario. Since October 1, 2024, 63 new cell towers have become operational, along with an additional upgrade to an existing site.
These new towers and upgrades now offer Rogers 5G mobile services to residents, businesses, and visitors in 31 more communities across the region. This expansion is part of Rogers' ongoing investment to bring advanced connectivity to underserved areas.
