The new solution is designed to provide real-time, customer-level Quality of Experience (QoE) insights by capturing and processing high-volume user plane data across the entire network at the edge. This aims to empower telecom operators with greater subscriber and service visibility while optimizing network computing resources and reducing operational costs.
RADCOM plans to trial this solution with key customers in their labs during 2025, with a full commercial launch targeted for early 2026. This collaboration is expected to drive groundbreaking innovation in intelligent assurance and AI-driven network analytics, enabling advanced generative AI applications like customer intent analysis.
